A solid stone and brick house in a quiet, ecologically clean village 60 km from the city of Varna, 15 km from the city of Provadia and the A2 highway, which is half an hour's drive to Varna Airport
The house has two floors with a total area of 80 sq.m plus a cellar of 40 sq.m and is located in a spacious garden with an area of 2430 sq.m. Outbuildings according to the sketch 60 sq.m.

The house is structurally in good condition, but in need of repair. There are lots for electricity and water. Access to the property is via an asphalt road, both in the center of the village and at the end with a great view of the valley.

The village is small, located in a hilly area with crystal clear air and a view of the valley. The area offers perfect conditions for rural tourism, hunting and fishing, animal husbandry, gardening and herbalism. There is a guest house, a huge vineyard with a tasting château, and regular transport to nearby towns and villages.
