A house built in 2020 is for sale in one of the most picturesque corners of southern Bulgaria, in the village of Ilindentsi, Blagoevgrad region. The house is located 7 km from the town of Sandanski, a popular balneological resort, and 20 km from the border with Greece.

This area is known for its unique microclimate, which has a lively and healing energy. For recovery, it is not necessary to order expensive procedures and SPA here, nature already has clean water, healthy air, mineral waters, organic products and friendly people.

The house is located on a corner plot, thanks to which you can enjoy magnificent views of the mountain ranges and the national art center, where the international symposiums of architects and sculptors are held annually, and the front of the house overlooks a pretty square with a fountain and a playground.

Perhaps no house in the area can boast a more breathtaking view.

A hedge of fruit-bearing pomegranate trees is planted on the site, in addition there is also a pear, persimmon, almond, mulberry, and, of course, vines.

The house is two-story, with large view windows and a nice balcony on the 2nd floor, with a cast lattice, entwined with grapes.

On the ground floor there is a spacious living room, a bright kitchen and a toilet with a bathtub. On the second floor there are three bright bedrooms, one of which has a wonderful balcony. An internal staircase leads to the second floor.

There is also a garage with automatic gates and a room with a summer shower and toilet.

Due to its picturesque location and unique healing climate, Ilinden is especially popular among foreigners and Russians. Several families from Moscow, St. Petersburg, Great Britain and Estonia live in the village all year round. All very nice and friendly people. 

Ilindensi are located next to the new highway connecting Sofia and Thessaloniki. The Aegean Sea can be reached by car in an hour.
