Renovated brick house with a gross floor area of 80 square meters The house is located in the central part of a small Bulgarian town, just 45 kilometers west of Varna and 13 kilometers from the lake with a developed sport fishing.

The house is on one floor and consists of three separate rooms. One room is a kitchen and dining room, another room is a living room and third room is a bedroom. From the outside the house is plastered with lime and cement a year ago, the inside is plastered with lime and painted with colored latex.
