Renovated brick house with a gross floor area of 80 square meters The house is located in the central part of a small Bulgarian town, just 45 kilometers west of Varna and 13 kilometers from the lake with a developed sport fishing.

The house is on one floor and consists of three separate rooms. One room is a kitchen and dining room, another room is a living room and third room is a bedroom. From the outside the house is plastered with lime and cement a year ago, the inside is plastered with lime and painted with colored latex. The house is incorporated into the central sewage system for waste water.

The yard is 450 square meters, well maintained and processed. The yard is facing an asphalt road, which determines the easy access by car.
