Big Bulgarian house situated in nice village, 10 km away from Biyala Slatina town.
The distance to the main city Vratsa is 55 km.
The house is facing south, located 150m from the center of the village, on asphalt road.
The first floor consists of 3 rooms - living room, bedroom, dining room with electric floor heating. The living room and bedroom floors are wooden and the other rooms are tiled. Adjoining have kitchenette with sink and countertop, bathroom, toilet and bar with sink. In the dining room is located stove-boiler for heating the first and second floors. It is oven baking, and on top you can cook. The living room has a private fireplace. There are two boilers, one is electric and the second is combined with a coil.
The second floor comprises entrance hall with wardrobe, 3 bedrooms, one of which with electric floor heating, veranda and terrace on both south bedrooms.
The third floor consist of a corridor, 4 rooms and a terrace for two of the rooms. To the second and third floor are internal staircases.
