Fatovo is a village in southern Bulgaria. It is located in the municipality of Smolyan, Smolyan region. 31 km from the ski resort Pamporovo.
The village is situated at an altitude of 965 meters in the southern part of the Rhodopes.
The climate is continental with a strong Mediterranean influence, with four well-defined seasons. Winter is mild but snowy. Spring - green and fresh. Summer - cool. Autumn - long and warm.
