Lovely renovated village house with new bathroom, extra buildings, garden, Gabrovo Area

The property is situated in a cozy mountain village in northern Bulgaria. It is just 15 km to the nearest small town of Sevlievo, 40 km to Gabrovo and about 167 km to the capital Sofia and Sofia International Airport.

The house is brick-built and has a living area of 80 sq.m. distributed over two floors. It comprises a living room, two bedrooms and a bathroom with a toilet. The house has been entirely renovated: PVC windows frames, three rooms with plasterboard , latex painted walls in two rooms and corridor, new bathroom, water heater, new kitchen, new armored entrance doors, replaces plumbing and electrical installations. The village is set at an altitude of 380 meters on the southern slopes of the mountain Sevlievo. All houses in the village enjoy beautiful views towards Central Balkan Mountains. The village is well-organized and has about 500 inhabitants. Here you will find a town hall, post office, medical assistance, community center as well as a few shops and bars. Regular Bus transport connects the village to the bigger settlements in the region.
