The property is located in a small mountain village in Southwest Bulgaria and is just 17 km to Blagoevgrad town, 68 km to the famous Bansko Ski Resort and approx. 100 km to Sofia International Airport. The distance from the village to the sandy beaches in Greece is just about 200 km.
