We present you two storied house in a small and peaceful village, located in a hilly region. The inhabited place stays at the distance of 48 km away from Smolyan city and the nearest airport is set in Plovdiv – 96 km distance.

The property in short consists of a house with total living area 120 sq. m and a garden 577 sq. m.

Ground floor: Here you will find a corridor and two rooms. The walls are made of stones, the windows have wooden frames and the flooring is cement.

First floor: Internal staircase leads to it. It consists of a corridor and two bedrooms. The flooring here is wooden, as well as the windows’ frames.

The garden is planted with fruit trees.

The house is in good overall condition and needs refreshment of the plasters and the woodworks. There is electricity and water /inside and outside the dwelling/. The road to the house is accessible in the whole year.

The village is nice and calm. There is also a regular bus service to the towns and the villages in the vicinity. The region here is suitable for outdoor activities like fishing, hunting and village tourism development.
