Originally built by a highly respected Bulgarian architect and builder in 2004, the house is actually based on a 150 year old one storey cottage, significantly built up and augmented into the fine holiday villa it is today.

The pool is approx 30' X 12' and also has a small kids pool. There are copious sun loungers, chairs and tables and a large sun umbrella. Its entirely private and secluded.

There is a 26? television and satellite connection.
