The house has been constructed during 2007, of the highest standard of materials by a highly regarded Bulgarian builder, overseen at every stage by a man who has built houses in the U.K.

The house is situated on a plot of nearly 701 sq metres, with the house being 140 sq metres with a terrace of 20 sq metres. The grounds have been landscaped for low maintenance with 100 tons of white shingle to compliment the mature fruit trees, new fences all around and new wrought iron entry gates.

Kalimanci is a village in north-eastern Bulgaria, Varna Distri. Altitude - 360 m Permanent residents 220.
