Our new offer is for a two-storey house, located in a calm village, 28 km away from Smolyan city. One of the most famous ski resorts ? Pamporovo is located 47 km away from the village.

The property in short consists of two storied house with area 120 sq. m, a parking lot for two cars and a garden vast 1500 sq. m.

Ground floor: The living area is distributed between a two rooms. The walls are made of stones, the flooring on the storey and the windows? frames are wooden.
First floor: An external staircase leads to it. You will find here a corridor and three rooms. The flooring is wooden. The windows here have wooden frames, again.

The garden is very big and planted with fruit trees and flowers.

The house is in good condition. It needs renovation of the plasters and woodworks, repair of the roof, as well as putting new floorings. Electricity and water are available at the moment. The road to the property is an asphalt one and easy accessible in the year.
