Wonderful, one-storey residential building + guest house in village, close to Burgas.

Small picturesque village located just 15 km from Bourgas and 20 km from the sea! The village has all the necessary infrastructure: several shops, a restaurant, a cafe, a post office, a church, an administration, a playground, transport links, a club for pensioners, a library.

The house was built in 2010. There is Act 16. The living area of ​​the house is 90 sqm.
