We present to you a one-storied house, located in a big village, 65 km away from the town of Smolyan. The cultural capital Plovdiv stands at the distance of 98 km away. One of the famous ski resorts Pamporovo is located 75 km away from the village.

The property in short consists of one-storied house with area 210 sq. m, a parking lot and a garden vast 810 sq. m.

Ground floor: It consists of a corridor, seven rooms, two stores and a WC/bathroom. The walls here are made of stones, the flooring is cement and the windows have wooden frames.
