The property is located in a big village disposed 26 km away from the town of Smolyan. There is mineral spa resort which is located around 24 km to the village where the property is disposed. The village stands at the distance of 84 km away from the town of Plovdiv and 27 km away from one of the famous ski resorts in Bulgaria ? Pamporovo.
