Set in a small and picturesque mountain village in western Bulgaria, the house is just about 10 km to the next town of Etropole, 25 km to the golf-course in Pravets and 95 km to the capital Sofia and its international airport.

The building is 2-storey as the first floor has 2 big rooms and the second – 4 rooms. The roof was fully replaced in 2019 (see photos). Electricity and water are available. The property reveals beautiful views of the surrounding hills. Fresh air and peacefulness. The garden is 2000 square meters and here are some fruit trees and plenty of greenery. Once renovated the property could become a lovely holiday home for recreation away from the big city.

The village is small, but well-organized. It has about 200 inhabitants and conveniences such as guest houses, hotel complex, town hall, a store and a restaurant. The infrastructure is considerably well-developed, the central streets are asphalted and with lighting, internet connection is available. Very good fishing and hunting possibilities in the region. Bus transport connects the village to the bigger settlements in the area frequently.
