2419 sqm building plot, water and electricity, walk to sea

Four plots in the village of Krapets each 560 sq.m.

They are suitable for residential development - 30% density and 3 floors.

The beach of Krapets is about 700 meters away.

Distances:

  • 700 m. to sea
  • 103 km to Varna aiport

The beach between Krapets and Durankulak is over 6 km long. The sea here is quiet and calm with a soft sandy bottom. The beach is large, clean and unguarded. Krapets is a quiet place known for its sand dunes and the birds that nest and winter around it. Although only 4 km from the international road, Krapets has remained ecologically clean, surrounded by extensive wheat fields, vegetable plantations and lakes - nature reserves.

In Krapets, in addition to sea, hunting, fishing and ecotourism are also developed. Today there are several holiday villas, a hotel, rooms in family houses. One kilometer northeast of Krapets is located Durankulak Lake. With its abundance of white fish, caracuda, crabs, bream, catfish, carp and eel, the lake attracts fishing enthusiasts. It is originally a natural estuary, fed by karst water from two springs. Its water is slightly salty due to its connection with the sea. Its depth reaches 4 m. It is surrounded by agricultural land, and to the east of the sea it is separated by sand dunes and a beach. The lake is located on the main migration route of migratory birds Via Pontica.

In Durankulak Lake there is an island on which a prehistoric necropolis of about 2500 years has been discovered - the temple of Cybele. A few kilometers south of Krapets are the Shabla and Ezereshko lakes. They are semi-salt lakes connected by an artificial canal. They are visited by many birds, mainly ibises, herons and divers. Like the lake in Durankulak, they are part of Via Pontica. The lakes are used for fishing - pike, perch, catfish, silver carp, carp, caracuda, tench and crabs.

A national assembly is being held in Krapets on May 24. Also in May there is a plein air on painting "Art Paths". The local cuisine is famous for its many delicious specialties, one of which is Fish Soup.

Opportunities for excursions to: Durankulak Lake, Kamen Bryag, Cape Kaliakra, Tukliman, Bolata Reserve, Balgarevo village, Dalboka area with the famous mussel farm, Kavarna.
