Mlada Gvardya is a village in northeastern Bulgaria. It is located in the municipality Vetrino Varna district. Population is about 380 people. The terrain is varied - from flat to hilly.

The village has a community center with a library, kindergarten, church, medical center, shops, cafes three type of restaurant, park. There is regular public transport to Varna, Provadia and surrounding villages. Coverage is provided for all mobile operators.
River passes near the village. 1 km from the village, there are two private lake.
