We present to you one storied building, located in a calm village, 27 km away from the mineral resort Banite. The village is 71 km away from Smolyan city and 91 km away from the nearest airport ? Plovdiv. One of the famous ski resorts ? Pamporovo stays at the distance of 59 km.


The property consists of one storied house with area 200 sq. m, a parking lot and a garden 2200 sq. m.

Ground floor: It includes a corridor, three rooms and a closet. The walls are built from stones and sun ? dried bricks. The flooring is wooden, and the windows have wooden frames, too.

The garden is planted with pine-trees.
