We present to your attention two houses which are located in a friendly village, 62 km away from the town of Smolyan. The town of Plovdiv is 85 km away from the inhabited place. The property is disposed also 60 km away from one of the famous ski resorts in the country ? Pamporovo.

First floor: There is an external staircase that leads to this floor. The rooms here are four connected by a corridor. There is also a nice terrace.

The beautifully landscaped garden is planted with fruit trees, trellis vines and beautiful flowers. There is also a well at the area of the yard.

The property is in good condition. It needs a refreshment of the walls and the ceilings. The property is supplied with electricity and running water (in and out) and it is connected to a septic tank. An asphalt road is leading to the houses.

The village where the property is located is cozy and beautiful. It offers facilities like shops, a school, a church, a health service, a post office and regular public transport through the whole year.
