The property is attractively located in a very well developed village disposed 31 km away from the town of Smolyan. The village where the house is located is 115 km away from the town of Plovdiv and 42 km away from one of the famous ski resorts in Bulgaria ? Pamporovo.

The property consists of a two storied house with total living area 120 sq. m., a parking lot for 2 cars and a garden of 300 sq. m.

Ground floor: There is a small basement . The walls of the house are made of stones, the flooring is concrete and the windows have wooden frames.

The garden which is a part of the property is covered with a vine yard, fruit trees, and flowers.

A Roman Bridge over the small river passes through the centre of the village and is well preserved. Has a route leading to the springs of one of the biggest Bulgarian rivers - the eponymous Arda.
