This house is disposed in a large village, which is located close to Smolyan city and is just 44 km away from the famous ski resort Pamporovo. The nearest airport from here is in Plovdiv ? 125 km distance.

The property includes two storied house spread over the area of 120 sq. m., a basement (30 sq. m.), an outbuilding, a parking lot and a garden vast 700 sq. m.
