Charming pproperty situated in a calm village 45 km away from the town of Veliko Tarnovo.

The house was built in 1999 and it is in great livable condition. The house has a very interesting layout and it has three different entrances. The ground floor has two entrances and consists of two rooms and a corridor through one of the entrances and two more rooms, a kitchen with a living room, a bathroom with WC and a corridor through the other. The first floor consists of two bedrooms and a corridor. There is a big veranda which could be easily glazed so that all three entrances will become internal. There is electricity and water supply. The house is in a very good condition.

The garden is 2000 sq.m. on a size. There is a garage attached to the house , a workshop; a storage room, a well and farm buildings. All outbuildings and the house are brick built with concrete columns.

The village is part of Strajitsa Municipality, Veliko Tarnovo Region. There are several shops, a hardware store, a post office, a pub, bus services, etc. The village is not far from the towns of Strajitsa (11 km), Popovo (34 km) and Byala (36 km).
