This appealing family house is nicely set at the end of a cozy village 10 km away from the beautiful mineral resort of Banite. The second largest city in Bulgaria and cultural capital of the country- Plovdiv is situated 109 km away from the village. One of the most famous winter ski resorts- Pamporovo, is 50 km away.

This property includes a house with 2 floors, with a total living area 160 sq. m. and a lovely garden which spreads over the area of 1000 sq. m.
