Our new offer is for a two-storey house, located in a calm village, 18 km away from Smolyan city. One of the most famous ski resorts ? Pamporovo is located 35 km away from the village, and the cultural capital Plovdiv is disposed 117 km away from the village

The property in short consists of two storied house with area 120 sq. m, a parking lot for two cars, a small outbuilding and a garden vast 700 sq. m.
