Old country house with annex, small barn and private land located near the center of a quiet village 10 km away from Montana, Bulgaria.
The house has two floors. The ground level holds one very big premise which served as storage area, cellar and basement. The second floor has a corridor and three rooms – living room and two bedrooms. The annex near the main building holds a kitchen, dining room and a premise for bathroom.
The property comes with a medium-sized plot of good quality land which holds a small barn as well as several fruit trees, a flower patch and some vines. The property is situated on a side street but also has direct access to the main street of the village. This way the place is accessible all year round no matter the season.
