Renovated one-storey /brick/ house with a yard in the village of Novo Gradishte. The village is located about 50 km from the town of Veliko Tarnovo and 35 km from the town of Gorna Oryahovitsa. At 7 km. the highway Sofia - Veliko Tarnovo - Varna passes to the south. There is a well-developed infrastructure - church, shop, restaurant, etc. The village is known for its preserved folk customs and traditions, in the community center there is a permanent exhibition of livelihood and lifestyle. The mountain region offers excursions and walks amid the wealth of nature and fresh air in every season.
The house is located in a quiet and peaceful place, near the forest, and has a built-up area of about 130 sq. m. It consists of: entrance hall, two double bedrooms, one of which has a double bed and the other has two single beds, internal hallway.
There is a large living room consisting of a kitchenette, with cooker, fridge freezer, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster.
