Solid built and in good overall condition, this appealing family house is nicely set close to the centre of a large village, disposed 40 km away from the town of Smolyan. The cultural capital of the country ? Plovdiv is situated 109 km away from the village. One of the most famous winter ski resorts ? Pamporovo stays at the distance of 52 km.

The property presents two storied house with total living area 112 sq. m, included also a basement, a garage ? 12 sq. m, a shelter which is used for woods and a beautiful garden vast 1300 sq. m.
