    Winter ski

This wonderful two storied house is beautifully disposed near the center of a small village which stands just 10 km away from the town of Ardino. The town of Plovdiv is 140 km away from the village. It is considered as the cultural capital of Bulgaria, famous for its ancient history. The village also stands just 80 km away from the ski resort of Pamporovo.

The property consists of two storied house with the total area of 150 sq. m., an outbuilding and a well arranged garden which spreads over the area of 600 sq. m.

Ground floor: a large corridor and two bedrooms. The walls of the whole house are made of stones. The flooring and the frames of the windows are wooden.
First floor: An external staircase leads to it. Here you can find a corridor and three bedrooms. The flooring and the frames of the windows are wooden.

The house needs refreshment and plastering of the walls and the ceilings. Of course, inner transformations are possible. The two corridors can be transformed into comfortable rooms for living.

The house is supplied with electricity and water (inside and outside) the dwelling. The house is not connected to a septik tank. An asphalt road is leading to the property, but there is two km of a dirt road.

The village is calm and peaceful. It is suitable for relaxation or to live there.

The area is appropriate for fishing and hunting and as the village is peaceful, it is a great opportunity to retreat from the big city and have a total rest.

The village of Arda is in the western part of the Rhodope mountain, near the Greek border. The village is situated at an altitude of 1046 meters. The climate is cool  summers, autumn is long and warm.

About 300 people live in the village of Arda, which for this part of Rhodope mountain is considered a fare size village.

There are 7 smaller villages within a 5 km. radius.

A Roman Bridge over the small river passes through the centre of the village and is well preserved. Has a route leading to the springs of one of the biggest Bulgarian rivers - the eponymous Arda.

No industry, no commercial enterprises, no pollution, no traffic - just pure beautiful nature.
