Why is it worth it? The town is situated between two picturesque seaside towns - Kawarna and Balchik. There are three well-known and appreciated golf courses just a few kilometers away.
The plot is not located in the part of the village which is covered by the Natura 2000 program, therefore there are no restrictions on the development of the plot.

The plot is located on a slight hill and although the cliff is 700 meters away, there is a good view of the sea.

There are some very nice beaches under the cliff: Adora Beach, White Laguna, Heros beach.
Within a few kilometers, there are healing muds in Tuzla, highly valued by locals and tourists, many of whom come here annually to help with health problems.
