The property is located on a small hill near the outskirts of the settlement. The house has 2 floors and an attic space. The ground level consists of one very big premise which is intended for traditional tavern-like living room with kitchenette and a dining area. Over the solid internal staircase one reaches the second floor which has a long corridor, 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet. The attic offers more living space and is suitable for a master bedroom. This place here has a big terrace with great panoramic views towards the surrounding area, the rest of the village, the valley, fields and hills.

The house received certain amount of renovations by its previous owners. The roof was completely redone about seven years ago, all windows and doors were changed with new, PVC-made, double-glazed and a new septic tank was built. The house also received a new coat of plastering and paint on the outside but it is already damaged in a few places as visible on the photos. The property needs a good cleanup and finishing works.

The house is located at a quiet spot within the limits of the village but also not far away from the outskirts, hills and wide, open fields. It is surrounded from all sides by solid fence made of stones. The barn that comes with the property has 2 floors and represents a typical 19th century storage building built in traditional ways with the use of carved stone blocks and solid timber elements. It can be restored and turned into usable storage building with workshop and garage.

The village is relatively small and thus very quiet. It is situated just about 10 km away from 2 towns and is about 2 hours away from Sofia International Airport. In the nearby towns one will find all the necessary amenities for everyday living: grocery stores, farmer`s market, restaurants, pharmacies, schools, kindergartens, hospital, etc. The village has regular bus transport connecting it to the other settlements in the region.

From both small towns located not far away from the property, one can get on a train and reach the regional capital city Vratsa, the national capital Sofia, the Black sea coast and many other parts of Bulgaria. About five miles down the road from here, one can visit an old monastery or go fishing around the banks of one of the biggest rivers in Bulgaria called Iskar.
