The guest house is a complex of one-storey and two-storey buildings with attic rooms. It is located in the Iztok district, 150 m from the central beach.

The complex has a bistro with a summer terrace overlooking the sea bay. There is a swimming pool and a sports ground. The rooms have two or three beds. Each room has a private bathroom and WC, balcony with sea view, refrigerator Wi-Fi internet.
The house is a holiday for both individual families and larger companies to celebrate various celebrations and corporate events.

At your disposal are: small and large pool, gazebo for relaxation, covered terrace with tables, kitchen that can be used mainly for family celebrations and corporate events, barbecues on coal and electricity.

The garden is spacious, has a sandpit, slide and swings for young children.

Byala is a town in northeastern Bulgaria, part of Varna District. Located on the border between Varna to Bourgas region. The town lies on the main road Varna - Burgas. The population of the town has about 2,000 inhabitants.

In the town, have been developed tourism, agriculture, commerce. Built mostly modern residential buildings, hotels and houses.
Tourism is the main industry in the town of Byala. Great beach combined with forest offer excellent conditions for rest. The city is developing wine industry.
