Apartment in Sunny Beach, Gerber residence 3.

Attic apartment 40 square meters consists of the following: first level-living room-dining room with kitchenette, bathroom-toilet, hallway, balcony and internal staircase to the second level.

The bathroom has a bathtub, boiler, toilet, sink, mirror. On the first level the furniture is: shoe cabinet and clothes hanger, the kitchen is equipped with the necessary utensils for four people.

There is a washing machine, refrigerator, TV, sofa bed, table (there is also a table on the balcony), fan. Second level - bedroom, wardrobe, section, air conditioning.

The complex is maintained throughout the year there is security, elevator, beautiful greenery, cable TV, internet, playground, private pool and in front of the complex there are parking spaces.

There is an annual maintenance fee. 8 euro/sqm per year. 

Near the complex there is a playground, shops and the sea is about 400 meters. Very beautiful place.
