The house and outbuilding have been completely renovated since 2011. The garden was built in 2012 and is equipped with an irrigation system.

The house is offered fully furnished.

The access to the plot is marked by a solid wooden gate and a door that provides access to the front of the house. The plot is completely fenced with walls, fence and net.

Behind the gate there is a parking space for three cars.

There are two buildings in the plot: the main one and the secondary one.

The main house has a living area of ​​120 sqm.

On the ground floor are: the living room, hallway, bathroom (shower, sink and toilet) and kitchen. The corridor leads to the kitchen, which in turn has a direct access to the garden. Kitchen equipment with refrigerator, freezer, sink with sink, cabinets and washing machine.

The grass is in good condition and maintained with an adjustable irrigation system. There is enough space to build a pool. Currently, the Intex Pool is 3.60 meters in diameter.
