The property is situated in a picturesque mountain village in Smolyan Province. It is 14 km to the nearest small town of Devin, 20 km to Pamporovo Winter Resort and 43 km to Smoylan town. The nearest international airport is in Plovdiv city – 97 km. The sea in Greece is about 200 km away.
