Brick house in excellent condition, with a gross floor area of 100 square meters The house is in a beautiful Bulgarian village, 35 km west of Varna and 1.5 kilometers from the lake with a developed sport fishing. From the yard and the house has beautiful panorama of the surrounding hills.

The house has two floors, each floor has a private entrance.

The first floor consists of a hallway, a kitchen, a room, a closet, two entrances.

The second floor consists of a hallway, two large bedrooms, closet.
