The house is up area of 155 square meters and consists of two floors. First floor includes a entrance hall, a living room with kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom with toilet. The second floor includes a panoramic, glazed terrace, two large bedrooms. Entry in each floor is organized in a separate entrance from the yard, but it is built and internal staircase connecting the floors.

Outside the walls of the house are plastered with lime and tsement and inside are finely finished with putty, which is painted with white latex. Flooring on the first floor are t5rracotta, on the second floor are terracotta and carpet. Ceiling on the second floor is entirely paneled in natural wood.

The house is situated in a quiet and calm Bulgarian village and its beautiful panoramic view of the hills surrounding the village.
