We offer for your attention this old house situated in a nice and quiet village only 6 miles away from the beautiful town of Provadia and 25 miles away from Varna-the Black sea capital of Bulgaria and from international airport.

The house is brick and stone built. There are several stages from ground to the floor. It has living area of 60 sq.m. and consists of an entrance-hall and three bedrooms. The one of bedrooms has independent entrance. Under part of the floor has big cellar. Attached to the house is brick pavilion, which consists of two rooms and a closet.

The garden is about 900 sq.m. on size. There is a stone fence and wire-net. To the fence yard pass a little river.

There is electricity and water in the house.

The house needs renovation to become ideal for using.

The region is very peaceful and picturesque. The nature is splendid and the air is crystal clean and fresh. The village has about 400 residets. It is nice and calm. There is three shops, asphalt road and all year approach. The village is located in North- East Bulgaria.

Monastery Village is located in northeastern Bulgaria. This is a small village with about 500 inhabitants and many beautiful sights. The climate is temperate continental.
