The distance to the nearest town of Pavlikeni is 15 km and 25 km north-west from the municipal city of Veliko Turnovo.

The village is easily accessible from a main road and offers all basic amenities. It has its own shop/cafe, small post office and bus stop. The local area is mainly agricultural and has nice scenery. Near the village there is a picturesque area with eco-trail and little lake.

The property occupies an outstanding position on the edge and the top of the village with a convenient access from an asphalt road and unspoilt views over the surrounding landscape.
