There is a door, just next to the reception desk, that leads to the beautiful garden, 100 sq m in size where you can find a lovely penthouse with barbeque and a marvelous waterfall ending in a pond. A beautiful terraced garden of 300 sq m is also available.

The ground level of the second building comprises of three twins- and one triple room, each equipped with bathroom and a toilet. On the second level you can find one twin room with bathroom and toilet and an apartment, which consist one twin bedroom, a living-room, bathroom and toilet.

All the accommodation rooms are modern furnished and equipped with TV set and Satellite TV, with laminated parquet on the floor and terracotta in the bathrooms.

There are also two parking areas in the property – one besides the garden with two parking spaces and one in front of the hotel with three parking spaces.

The Apriltsi resort, where this Bulgarian property is located, is one of the fastest developing Bulgarian resorts. Till the end of the year a ski-lift from Apriltsi to three ski-runs in Beklemeto ski-resort will start functioning. Also there is a plan of building a golf-course in vicinity. The climate in the resort is moderately continental, with typically a mild winter and a cool summer.

-giving/collecting of keys;
- instructions for use of apartments, assistance for guests while renting the apartment;
-payment of utility bills (electricity, water, cable TV, annual local tax);
-all services required keeping the apartment in good condition;
-regular rental reports will be sent to the apartment owners, showing you the occupancy, costs and net income.
