The property is located in a village 20 km away from the town of Lom. It consists of two plots, each with a house. The common size of the garden is 2780 sq.m.

The first house has living area about 100 sq.m. It comprises of 3 rooms, a cellar and a tavern. The flooring is wooden. There is a separated entrance to a tavern. The house needs only a little refreshment to become nicer for using. There is a well.

The second house is about 60 sq.m. on size. It is new and consists of 2 rooms, a bathroom and a kitchen. There is a well.

There is a second building which can be used as a guest house. It has two floors. There are three rooms on the first floor and a big attic on the second floor. There are big and massive farm buildings which are brick and concrete built. The both plots are situated on asphalt roads and have all year easy access.

The village has splendid nature. The place will charm you with its beauty and tranquility and is ideal not only for rest and relaxation but also for all year living. The Danube River is only 500m away! The village is located only 1km away from the main road from Sofia to Vidin.
