This building was agricultural.

Intended for drying tobacco and storing potatoes.

The room upstairs was a bedroom and a room below for storing potatoes.

There is no water (you can make a pond with forest water).
Electricity interrupted (must be restored again, 400 E).
The building is located 2 km from the village, a dirt road through the forest, Elinden district.
Access by car is possible only in summer.
Spring and winter access is 50 meters from the hotel.
Strengthening the road will cost about 300 euros.
The land is agricultural, it is not in the regulation of the village.
