This bungalow has perfect location. It is only 10 min away from the nearest town Chirpan. The area is clean with crystal clear air, mineral springs, and fantastic views. It is peaceful and quiet as there is hardly any traffic.

At the same the property is close to the main town square, local municipality, small supermarket, several coffee shops, building merchant, internet caf?, emergency unit with a pharmacy, garden centre and petrol station.

This village has direct connection with the East-West and North-South motorways, which go to Bulgarian seaside as well as to Turkey and Greece (1.30 min to the boarder).

The whole region is famous for fishing and haunting. Water is drinkable and the air is fresh.Not far away from this village are several lakes, which are full of fish.

The road to the village is in perfect condition and the road to the property is asphalted.
